best be understood by others going through similar situations.
This support group aims to assist you with emotional support in a non-judgmental, accepting and warm environment where your voice matters and will be heard.
If participants are interested, guest speakers may be invited to discuss relevant topics.

This support group is completely confidential. Weekly 90 minute sessions run 6 weeks.
